Oh, don't check portal. Link your PR card application in GCkey and you'll get the updates there. You'll get to know when they mail your card in GCkey. My picture was not approved until after I received my PR Card.

My work permit is expiring in a month and I have not received any submission email or AOR from CIC, can I apply for open work permit under tr to pr, with a letter of explaination, screenshot of submitted portal and the receipt. Pls it is very urgent, a reply would be much appreciated.

It’s been a week now still the same and it won’t link to another gc key as it says application had a registration in progress. Not sure if it’s a technical problem but I have raised a webform reporting this technical issue. Any idea if how can I unlink so it can b linked in a new gc key?

Hi everyone,

I submitted under IG at 6:00 pm PST.

I still have yet to receive AOR. Meanwhile, lots of applications submitted at 6-7 EST already received their portals.
I called and emailed IRCC few times. They either said don’t know or Afghanistan issue is the first priority.
Not sure why my application is so behind. Is there anyone here on the same boat?

hi yes you must apply for open work permit under tr to pr because it takes too long to process PR files.
