I send an email but it was an automatic answer. Phone call that they didn't answer.

Saw somewhere that one person had same issue like urs and finally when they called ircc, the agent helped fill in the details and they figured that the officer had entered the passport expiry date wrong, hence linking was not happening

I submitted my applicaiton scanned for the most part and wet signed all the documents. I submitted at 12:24 IG english stream. I have not gotten AOR or anything else from IRCC. What do i do?

This is due to incorrect information on IRCC database. Call them and double check the inforamation your are entering with them. Sometimes you have to enter wrong info which is on IRCC database in order to link application. Also try different methods like using place of birth instead of passport expiry.
