Haven’t received my AOR yet I applied 10:30pm est cause the system was not working! I was literally trying since it was opened! Even when next year comes I probably won’t receive it

The counter was at 525 for essential stream when I applied

If they ask you then do it. If they don’t ask you then they will refund biometrics fees after finalizing your application.
