Please help!
I did apply TR to PR, I received AOR, and also received up front medical requests together of my family , I completed all of them and my medical passed already as well my family.
I received fairness letter about hours. Submitted the response, after 1 and half weeks they requested medical again together of my family. Any hope?

There is hope if they are satisfied with your response to the procedural fairness letter. Hopefully, you were clear and able to clarify whatever they were asking or concerned about. Best wishes.

Finally with god grace I received my ECOPR. I Thank everyone whoever are connected to this form by giving updates it really helped to know what the next step would be. Mine is done now just waiting for my dependents ppr though the ecopr contains accompanying dependents name. So was wondering if they can submit their passport based on that. But anyway will wait for IRCC response,mine is done.

Do we need to give medical again? Not requested yet just want to prep in advance to avoid further delays. Although medical was passed in december for both of us.

They will request with IME number so cannot do medical in advance once they request, do medical it will be passed next day

How long it took you from portal 2 to ecopr?

To get portal 2 it took 3 weeks and to get ecopr it took 7 days. It’s different for everyone some get on same day some takes time no need to worry

Hi everyone... I called IRCC and the agent said eligibility passed, this happened after I submitted my procedural fairness letter.
I asked the agent what's left, they said background check. Does anyone know how long this takes? Mine changed to "Not Applicable" in May.
I don't know what NA means?

From previous (not TR to PR) cases. I heard if medicals are requested after some document submissions is usually a good sign. You should be fine. I wish you all the best!

Urgent!!! anyone can tell me what this means? I asked my MP to get an update on my file. This is the reply I received.
As promised, I just spoke to IRCC about your TR-PR, and unfortunately, your application is now non-routine. IRCC is unable to disclose to me why the file is non-routine, and what background checks need to be completed, so at this point you’ll have to wait.

Once a file goes non-routine, there is no procedure for urgent processing, so I am very sorry to say that there is nothing further that our office can do to speed this up.

I’ll ask that you sit tight and be patient while IRCC conducts their checks - I deeply apologize.

Please follow up with us in around 60 days, we’d be happy to check the file once more for you then.

Additionally, this will be my last week in the office, so if you have any questions from this Friday onward,

So I got the Procedure Fairness Letter which state that my "NOC 2132- Maintenance & Reliability Engineer is not listed as an eligible occupation in Annex B". I studied Mechanical Engineering but was employed as Maintenance & Reliability Engineer which is technical still under Mechanical Engineering role & duties. Please any anyone know the right NOC for Mechanical Engineer (NOC 21301 ??) for this TR-PR OR any advise on how to write this letter to address there concern. I have 2 days left to submit. Help help!!!

Congratulation! I also received eCoPR today at 11:50am.
Declaration and photo submitted Thursday Aug 18 so it only took 2 business days!
Hopefully arrives in mail soon.

Hello everyone. I finally made it. I got my ecopr today. It’s been a really rough ride. Countless mental breakdowns. Thank you everyone for keeping me sane in this forum.
