Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing
your application on the following grounds:

• You have not demonstrated that you come within the exceptions to obtain an Open work
Permit. The information's provided us did not allow us to establish your relationship with the
inviter (spouse)

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.

What should I do now? There is no document asking for proof of relationship in OWP application except marriage certificate. Although, my relationship was approved in TR to Pr. Why they don't communicate with each other????? Depressed! Tired and sick of them. Lost the only hope.

I did exactly what they asked me to do in the website. I followed each and every step. I checked it twice and it is correct.

But it doesn’t talk about tr to pr but International Mobility program.

Why did international mobility came in between family reunification? They themsleves declared we will approve outland spouse for tr to pr applicant? Did u crosscheck all the forms u uploaded for ur wife?

Yes. As @Lily444 mentioned, contact your MP and request them to send the request for reconsideration. OR You can also call client support and ask them if you want the officer to re-open the file and you will send webform as well.

As you know, TR2PR files do not have processing times associated with them.
You need to be patient and wait with the officer working on the file. You have the status on your online account.

Firstly, call client support and then ask them, you want to apply for reconsideration. Then if they say that it is better to apply for a new application, then go for it. As you want to know first, what mistake happened in the first application before applying again.
