Hello friends, I got ADR to upload my PCC from India on 17th Dec, 2021. But my PCC got expired on Nov30, 2021. I am unable to upload through my online account as the document date shows expired. I had applied under TR to PR on May 6, 2021 at 4.30pm PST. I got ADR ON DEC16th and sameday got my application linked under IG stream. I never travelled outside Canada since Dec,2018 when I landed here as an international student till now. I will appreciate if someone could guide me to come out of this stress.
Thanks

If you can't upload then send it via webform and upload an explanation letter in the ADR section explaining why you couldn't upload it there.
Or, try to leave the expiry date section empty.

When did you apply for PCC?
Put a 1 year expiry date, and you'll be fine.

In order to know the stage of processing, there is a way announced by IRCC. Why do you say contacting MP (a kind of backdoor?) is better?
I know each has each idea, but I feel it weird to contact a politician just because visa processing is slow, especially when IRCC offers an official way for inquiry.
It not backdoor business, IRCC policy allows MPs to access applicants information with their consent and support them

I never said backdoor "business". I am not saying that MP is making money for it.
By the way, why does IRCC charge cost if applicants ask IRCC information directly. without MP?
It is strange that applicant have to pay money for their own information. I did some web search and found 2 Youtube videos (by a person not authorized to give immigration advice) which just say that it is ok because they (MP?) are paid (maybe salary).
No official announcement justifying your way has been found, so far.

It dropped in SPAM folder for everybody I think. And spam folder deletes its contents after 30 days. Maybe you didn't check or wasn't aware of it at all and it's deleted by now.
Oh that's not good. When setting up the TR to PR pathway acct, I received 2 emails from IRCC in my inbox, but after paying and submitting - none!
Anyways , I was hoping you could advice me on the very precarious situation I am in right now, please. You've been very helpful thus far and I truly appreciate it.
Below is what I am in a dilemma about right now:

'To recap: I applied for my PR under this pathway in October - under the essential health care category. While i can see my submission online with submitted payment receipt, I never received any confirmation email. I understand AORs are being received rather late, but i never received even the system generated automated email.
Now my current employer- specific work permit ( as a post doctoral clinical fellow) expires on 31/12/21.

Since i did not have any confirmation email, i applied for a new work permit since i have a new job offer - the problem is , the new job offer is not employer specific and does not have an LMIA exempt number. It is a self contracting research position paid by grant money .
I applied under the 'self -employed' category, but realise now that i am not eligible for such a work permit, and fear now that my application is redundant.

I have received implied status, and an email from IRCC, giving me authorization to continue working in my old job (although i cant since it a 2 year max training position) , while they come to a decision.

I now want to try applying for the open permit based on the premise that I have applied for PR.
I have made a file with the payment receipt and screen shots of the submission page on my TRto PR account, as per your advice. Hoping that will work, along with a personal letter of explanation.

But, I also I need to withdraw my current application, before i can even make a new application, and worry that they will only see my withdrawal request after the holidays. By then , i will be post expiry of my work permit and wont be able to make a new application for open permit? or will i have still have an implied status based on the current work permit application ?
(AND even if i can , without PR confirmation email, its a risk as to whether it will even work.)

When submitting the webform, do i select enquiry priority request as
1. Withdrawal of application , or will it be safer to select 2. Replacement documents, amendments to documents and verification of status documents.

And do I explain that i made a mistake applying by applying under self employed since i have a contracting job offer, and realize now that it makes me ineligible . And that i would hence like to apply for an open work permit asap...

Such a crunch time and so stressful as to what to do. Would appreciate your thoughts on this.

I applied under IG international graduate stream at 11:30pm Atlantic time, but I haven’t gotten any update concerning my application. No AOR,nothing. However, I got a federal ITA through a PNP nomination in another province different from my province of residence. I am confused on whether to withdraw the TR to PR application and submit an application for the ITA I just got or wait until I get an update from TR to PR. What do you think I should do?

Please help everyone. Can somebody answer my following questions. Its been May 6,10pm since I applied and never received anything.
How will my questions affect my application and what are necessary steps should I be doing.

(Graduate IG English):

  • Submitted: May 6th, 10 pm Nova Scotia Time
  • Linked: I dont know how?
  • AOR:
  • Biometrics: didnt applied for one. I had mine already when I came in Canada back 2018 of august
  • Medical: didnt applied for one. I had mine already when I came in Canada back 2018 of august
  • Additional documents Request:none
  • Portal request: w
  • ECOPR: what is this?
  • PR card approval:
  • PR card received:
1. I accidentally place a wrong date in one of the imm forms. All of them has May 6 but one of them is May 26 in the signature section.?
What should I do?

2.I knew that time that I have two options to show that I have been working in Canada (income tax or paystubs). I submitted my document with only income tax returns from the government website and didnt get a chance to accumulate all my payslips from different company I have worked with.
Correct me if I am wrong. Will going to affect my application?
Up till now one of my company refuses to send my paystubs can somebody help me with this.

What should I do.?

3. I didnt submitted my biometrics and only submitted my medical results back when I applied for student visa.
Is this something I should be doing now? How and where to get this?

4. How can I link my application while infact I dont have AOR yet. Why is it everyone were able to do it?
Can somebody tell me how to do it please.

5. I registered in this portal.
prson_srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca

Its a portal to apply for permanent residency only this october 2021 but didnt apply for any pathways. Is this account something that I should be deleting. I used my same email that I used in registering for tr to pr pathway portal.

How to delete the account?or is this something that I shouldnt be alarmed off

6. What is now the status ? What time of May 6 applicants are they now processing. In the case of mine which is 10pm of May 6. When will I get my AOR.

I tried contacting the immigration
+18882422100 but they said they cant answer my questions.

I tried using the webform too but they said I cant submit revision of documents or additional documents unless requested too.

7. Are there any other new information I should hear. Please let me know
1. If you entered a wrong date, they will ask you to send new forms once your application is under processing. You will see that request for new forms in your portal after you link your application.

2. It's not going to affect your application except some extra delays to request missing documents. They will ask you for your paystubs through the online portal after you link your account.

3. If they need your biometrics and medical, they will send you a letter explaining the whole process. You'll see that letter in your portal. Most likely, you don't need any of those because you had done them recently.

4. When they enter your application in the system, you will be able to link using a combination of your personal information. Sometimes they enter the application in the system but don't send an AOR, that's why some people can link it without AOR. AOR doesn't matter. The day they enter your application, you can link it.

5. It doesn't matter.

6. It's random. You can expect your AOR soon. Nonetheless, it will get processed eventually.

Well that's tricky and instead of providing some wrong information I would request other members of the forum to guide you.

And my knowledge:
  1. You cannot switch jobs while on implied status as it is basically a temporary extension of your work permit, meeting the same set of conditions
  2. If you withdraw your current WP application then you'll lose your implied status once your WP expires on 31st, unless you get authorization to work based on your new Open WP application
  3. You can apply for WP in multiple streams at the same time as long as you are not just duplicating the application in the same category
I would suggest apply for open WP with whatever you got.

Guys please feel free to correct me if I am wrong somewhere.
Thanks

seems your vocabulary is limited, because "backdoor business" is in now way, shape or form limited to profiting monetarily
