I have a doubt regarding the BOWP. If I apply for the WP and it is approved till december 2022 but my tr2pr application is rejected, will the BOWP still be valid?

My PGWP is valid till january next year and even if my application is rejected, I still have a chance at applying for cec before this year ends. Any suggestions or insights from past experiences would be highly appreciated ❤

It hasn't been rejected yet, I'm just looking at the possibility of it being rejected. If it does come to that, I don't want to go be stranded here without a valid work permit.

Hi guys I just realized I made a mistake on my stream B essential non healthcare application. I uploaded my NOA for 2020 and 2018 instead of 2020 & 2019 ( started working in 2019 ). However, I uploaded correct T4 and all work contracts for 2019 & 2020. Will this mistake affect my application? TIA

2. Linked application on 15th July @ 8:30 pm EST
3. AOR: Received on 16th July @ 8:20 pm - Sydney office
4. Home country PCC requested on 16th July @ 8:30pm- I submitted on 19th July.
5. Medical: Passed on 21st July (Accepted old one)
6. Biometrics: Not required.. Accepted old one
7. Eligibility: Passed on 31st August
8. Background check: Passed on 31st August
9. Portal email received on 1st September
10. I already had my PR portal account, so didn’t receive Portal credentials email.
11. ECOPR received on 2nd September
12. Awaiting PR Card - Photograph and Address declaration on 2nd September

As per my knowledge, work permit will be not rejected even after tr to pr rejection

If you’re applying under the Temporary Resident to Permanent Resident Pathway

• make sure to link your application to your IRCC secure account after you receive your acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) letter or email
• you’ll then be able to upload documents we request from you in your IRCC secure account
