Hi, i dont know if u people know this but i will just write in case people don't know. I had applied for tr to pr and then applied for cec as well now. Yesterday when i checked the system was allowing me to request for a refund in tr to pr but today it said ur file is in processing. I haven't received the aor but i know now that it will coming probably this month

I think they have different messages when they are unable to locate for if you’re trying to sign in using a computer and for if you’re trying to from your phone. I receive ‘can link up to 5 times’ message when I try from the computer, ‘try again in 24 hours’, when I try from the phone. Just a theory. And don’t read too much into it. Can’t link = can’t link= can’t link= full stop. Don’t stress too much about the message you see.

Hi Buddy, Same with me as well. Called IRCC and asked about status of my application. I was told application is not taken yet by any agent. Asking me to wait with patience
