Yea, for me as well I don't have last name on Indian passport, As per canada rules, it's mandatory to have last name, so we put our full name in the last name. So, yea, I linked my application, I did it with UCI and AOR though..

They will mention it clearly depending on your case if they need PCC from rcmp or country of stay for more than 6 months. They will mention clearly on the request letter which you will receive in your gckey account. In my case they only asked for Indian PCC but I had my RCMP ready too just in case if they ask for it

You have to wait for the AOR before that as I said already. Be patient and wait for AOR else they won't accept the webform if you apply before

It won't work until you receive your AOR. Don't try to link before receiving anything as you might end up losing and receiving essential documents under your gckey account. Wait for BIL or AOR and then link only
