This is your guess, right? It seems that you have not received the ADR yet.
@Tomican I did receive ADR! Here it is! I'm also a little confused by the text highlighted in yellow in the original letter! Is that a general deadline reminder for different documents that might be requested through this letter on a case by case basis or does that mean that I need to submit a RCMP Criminal Record check and another PCC? I got another request letter for PCC from my home country a month ago and I uploaded it at the time.
Or do I only need to submit a hand signed Schedule A since that is what is requested in the top half the letter?

I know I'm the one always saying we should keep being patient and stay positive etc... but like OMG what happened to 9:18 PST!!? I still can't link my application - everything submitted upfront with no (known) mistakes. That's several people say they submitted 9:21 and got PR. IRCC are just so unpredictable.
Hahahaha ...
Btw, it depends on office, the officer characters, moods of the day... We don't really know who are working on our case.
Who cares about the stress and pressure of applicants :)

Exactly that's my point is they are unpredictable I am in only hope that yesterday IRCC call agent told me that my application is successfully submitted and provided me temporary application number too so I am in hope at least something is there and I may get AOR soon

It's just a general reminder for different documents. You only need to provide what they have asked for. Based on the letter I would say you need to upload a new schedule A that you have printed off and signed by hand. Also you should make sure you have to gaps in personal history and that you've answered all the questions as you're supposed to. If you look at the online guide then it takes you through each question in turn and tells you if you need to write 'none' or N/A etc if they don't relate to you.

My application was submitted 9.18 PST as well Vancouver and still not able to do anything or received anything. I never get anxious but now I am...

Sorry for my wrong guess.
You got 2 request letters, right?

Btw, yes, you must submit all highlight request (remember to carefully review/check/fix the information on Schedule A as request. It is more than the abbreviations of UBC). Also, you must submit the RCMP Criminal Record check

About PCC, before submitting, you should phone IRCC to double-check that whether they received your PCC or not, and explain to them the second PCC request (they may request the new one?), or you just submit the PCC again as they request.
