One more thing please: how don I get to know the exact time I submitted? Seems everyone knows this and I’m left alone.
Everyone got an email when hit that submit button. When they received this email (time stamp), is what everyone considering their submission time. Look at the screenshot. You shouldve gotten a mail from the same address titled same. Search for it on your gmail or yahoo, thats your submission time
I just got my ITA for PR through Express Entry. As for my status, I'm an international student in Canada and would love to know when and how to get my medical exams. I don't know which hospital to get that done, and if I'm to do it before submitting my PR application or after submissions.

It depends on your doctor's appointment. Either you submit your application with the doctor's appointment, or submit after medical exam (if enough time) https://secure.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx
