I saw some 12:20-12:22, one guy said here yesterday his friends got after applying at 12:30ish from Alberta. Now one guy got a portal request at 12:41PM. Totally unpredictable

Guess now with round off number
12.00 - 12.20 = 1,700 => 2 months
12.20 - 12.40 = 4.300 => ?
40,000 = ?
They must have to come up with a way to make the process faster.

I applied in the international students stream in early May, but so far I haven't received any email from the CIC regarding the next steps. Is this the case for everyone?

I haven't been able to call CIC and talk to them yet.

What's the situation for other applicants? any email/instruction from CIC yet?

Plus, I saw some posts on this thread regarding linking accounts. What is that? Linking what account to what?

The 12:40 EST and some are rare, and I believe they were picked up initially for testing the system.

When did CIC announce that we should link our application to the main GCKEY account? I have totally missed that then. How is it done please?
