my personal advice is to find a good lawyer that can help you with this and perhaps get a reconsideration?

Thanks, I talked to a lawyer today and they said I should wait till an official refusal, then I can file an appeal. Just hoping I wont have to go through an appeal

This is summer 2023 so am nor expecting any news till 2024 based on their slow pace. Still working hard to get 1 year experience for my EE just in case this thing collapses or get closed....
