I wrote an explanation letter, attached the letter and uploaded, I used stern but parliamentary language lol.

I thought further and it feels lik these agents are not viewing documents properly and in a hast they are sending out emails of fair procedure or portal request based in your nationality passports or sheer luck.

Options range from EE to PNP/ Caregiver etc.

My bad Select option Replacement to documents, amendment to documents and verification to documents options, then go ahead fill information in text area and then on next page upload documents.
