Eligibility has started for spouse but hasn’t started for the main applicant. Is this a mistake please? Both background checks are in process tho

July 14 E0027 everything passed only criminality left (still in progress) started on 13 Aug 2022. Don’t know how long it’s gonna be…

can anyone tell me, once I replied to the pr confirmation email, I received another email saying SUSPECTED SCAM, is that ok?
