Waiting for BIL since 26 February 2022. I applied extension OWP in November 2021 that I received In March 2022 till 31 December 2022. Received an Email in July/August 2022 that IRCC will not be able to grant me my status by December 2022 and the new extended deadline is December 2024 which will extend my OWP till December 2024.

I lost my Apprentice due to being a TFW and not a landed immigrant. Back to doing marginally skilled jobs from a high-wage earning premium career; thank you IRCC

Does anyone know any good lawyer at this point? there are 2400 individuals who fall in my category.

These stupid people does not know that how depressed we are while waiting for our applications to be processed. They are siting there for helping people but they start showing attitude and rudeness in the tone while they confirm that its a Tr to PR application. Last time I called I felt this.

Let us find a lawyer, and make a class action lawsuit for TR2PR applicants. IRCC will not honor anything.

I wish we could all sue IRCC , how can they treat immigrants like this. I myself have stayed in canada for a decade and never seen unaccountability like this. If they were serious IRCC could have been done with this process in a year or less

CANADA is infamous for unaccountability bud.

DRUMROLLLL *************** Finally!!!!
I got my approval via Calgary yesterday. I called IRCC to check the status on Friday the 10th at the time file was still in Whitehorse.
My timeline :
Applied May 7, 2021 (IG)
AOR - July 27th, 2022
ADR - Nov for Paystubs, PCC
ADR - Dec for form 5669
called on march 10th, 2023 everything was done except for criminality
March 16th around 2:18 pm - Approval email
