No updates after that. All it says is medical passed, background check started and checking eligibility

Criminality going on for a year now. They have not not even logged into my file it seems.

It's unfortunate that the status on GCMS notes and our accounts can say something has 'started' or is 'in progress' but it might not ever say 'passed'. Even the call centre agents can't say for sure what's going on. For example, my GCMS notes from Nov 2022 said Criminality was in progress as of June 17, 2022; the call centre agent told me on Jan 23, 2023, that my Criminality was was still in progress, and then the next day on Jan 24, I received a ghost update & my PR email. My account still reads that my Background Check is still in progress. So don't get too discouraged that various indicators are not passed -- you can still get a PR email without them visibly passing. Best wishes!

Let see, maybe they are based in AOR date instead of the application date, hopefully you will get something by the end of the week, so please let us know.

I got AOR on Jan 05/2022, but I raised webform to add my spouse and she got added on March 15/2022. Hopefully, I will get a final decision by March 15/2023.

That make sense, if you add someone to your applications that will take more time to finalize the application.
