Hi guys I hope someone will suggest me about uploading documents. I have few documents that needs to be updated/uploaded into my application. Shall I do it by webform or wait for the reply from IRCC ? I have already linked my profile but I just wanna know about what's the better thing to do ? Thanks

You cannot upload any documents in your online account unless you have been asked an additional document request.
I suggest you sent your updated document by webform followed by an explanation letter to make sure that they'll be received by the officer.

Even I didn't receive AOR, I was trying to link my file and it was linked surprisingly. You should try it too.

Thanks for replying. I know I can't upload them through portal. So you suggesting me to upload them through webform ? Plus my wife passport was updated to reflect my name on her passport instead of her father. The medical and PCC she had was with previous passport number. Shall I have new medical and PCC with new passport number ? Though her new passport number also mentions the old passport number

No worries. Yes, webform is the right choice for now. You don't need a new PCC or medical unless you have been asked to.
You can include in your explanation letter that your wife got her new passport and you can attach the PDF alongside the documents.
Then, if necessary, the officer may ask you to provide new PCC or medical based on their discretion.

Thank you so much you don't know how much guys you are helping. It's been 3 years since I met my wife because as all of us stuck in covid, I was the only guy helping my family in this difficult time. Last year I applied under express entry and it got declined. Since then u know there been not a single draw plus no update for my Tr to Pr file. I can't even express how much depression I have been dealing with.

Thank you so much you don't know how much guys you are helping. It's been 3 years since I met my wife because as all of us stuck in covid, I was the only guy helping my family in this difficult time. Last year I applied under express entry and it got declined. Since then u know there been not a single draw plus no update for my Tr to Pr file. I can't even express how much depression I have been dealing with.

Np, yeah I have been in the same situation as you. Originally, I wanted to get married around 2 years ago but when COVID happened, everything changed and I've been separate from my wife.
The only positive step was that I finally got married last December. But the stress and depression increased had ever since ...

Hi @SmzAmir I was struggling to get through to IRCC for a few months. However, I have been able to reach them using the following steps.
1) When asked for UCI press 2
2) When listening to the Ukrainian and Afghan message press 3
3) Press 3 again
4) Finally press 0- if it goes through it will go through to PR card line- then ask to speak about your TRPR application they transfer you.

Try again and again till you get through. Hopefully it works for you.
