Nope, you need Your Application number to make the amend in documentation.

I didn't receive AOR /Application # at the time of my marriage. I simply used UCI and passport number to submit webform and IRCC confirmed that your status change request has been sent to the concerned office. Then I got ADR & AOR confirming the same and asked for spousal documents.

How long does it take to get GCMS notes? Is it worth it to apply for GCMS notes before contacting MP ? How does one go about contacting MP; did you just write them an email with your details or you had to personally go to their office?
