Can someone assist me please. I got ADR for Schedule A which indicates I need to include travel history, addresses etc since 18 or last 10 years. There should be no gaps I thought I it should be for just work history (this is section 8). Any suggestions as to what this should look like? Now I’m thinking my short 4 days and 2 days trips to the USA should be added. Please help!! anyone. Where can I find a sample form IMM 5669 already completed?

They are processing applications now also. It’s better an application goes to Whitehorse than Sydney. Sydney office is very disorganized.

I got an update on my account on Tuesday. It says « additional document is required to continue processing your application and a message would be sent to me with further information . » I don’t know if they forgot to send the message or what?

I haven’t seen any requested documents under submitted documents and I have not received any email yet.

Anyone who experienced this, how did you resolve it?

You should receive a message in your account indicating which document(s) you need to provide, if you don't see any message, try calling the client center and ask about the documents.

Another question there is a box top right of the schedule A form that says for cic use only but it ask for client uci# should I type/write the # in it?

You need to include your travel history, education, work history, and unemployment during since the age of 18 there.
If you had a trip for a couple of days abroad, mention the during in the explanation column.
If you need more space (table rows), create the exact same table in word and include the complete information in it (what you have included in the form + new rows).
Make sure you write application number, your UCI, Full name and DOB in the extra sheet.
In the end sign and date the extra sheet and print everything and scan it again together and then upload it to your account.

No, you should leave that empty

Someone applied on July 16th 3AM Non health care were able to link but I applied exactly 12AM couldn’t link

If you already submitted ADR for imm5669, your eligibility should be passed. Although it will stay as under review in your account until the application is approved. Your application is in the background check step which can be time-consuming depending on your travel history and additional dependent.
You can follow up with the call center to see if that's the case but there is nothing abnormal with your application.

Hello Folks, I uploaded my PCC into a webform two weeks ago using TFN. I could link the application today and found a request for PCC there! Shall I upload it again? How long it takes a webform docs. to be reviewed and added to account? Thanks for sharing your experience
