Yes, there are 2 review phrases in PR: eligibility and admissibility. Generally, TR2PR can go fast since applicants are legally in Canada already.
Most applicants will passed 4 basic eligibility requirements that is ielts, graduation, employment letter and work permit (graduated stream). Some may got "request review" if there is doubted.
The longest process is Med Exam, and Security Review & Check.
