My wife received COPR this morning, been dreaming about posting this for almost 14months now ! Thanks to everyone here who helped us and avoid us so many mistakes with our application. Best of luck to everyone, be patient and don't stress..

Congrats!! DM you would only know if you checked eCAS everyday, otherwise when you get COPR, it changes to Complete.

Have anyone used a web form before? I sent a web form on the 19th of November and still did not have the answer, so I called them today. They opened my file and told me that they never received my web form. Does a web form get linked to your application usually and the agent has access to it?

I'm not sure if the agent can see because I never asked them about webform sent but it usually takes some time for them to reply. Also, there is not receipt email for you to be certain that it was sent and received. If they say it wasn't received, send another one just in case.

By the way, if you have DM, you can already link your PR card application. When they will receive your letter and photo, it will change to Submitted.

I have used the web form twice recently and in both cases it took them 14-15 calendar days to confirm the receipt.
Both of their emails included the following statement:
"We have forwarded them to the responsible office for their consideration."

Even once I got an email from them confirming they have received my web form with the police certificate attached, I could still see it as an action required on my side when I logged in into my online account. It took another week or so to have this information updated as well.
