I am afraid, I didn’t get your question. why would someone wait for the interview?
IRCC can call for interview if they are not satisfy of something or they need more clarity on any matter.
Having said that, With the on-going Situation of COVID-19, they are not even asking applicants with COPR to come in person for the landing interview, instead they are just sending PR letters and asking applicants to send the picture for PR card by post.
Therefore, it’s very unlikely that applicants will be asked to appear for any kind of interviews, rather they will be served A fair procedural letters if IRCC suspect of some wrong doing, I suppose.
wowowowow i am really similar timeline with you !
so you really make me excited hahaha !!
thank you !
wish you good luck just become PR this week and skip the landing inteview!!!
Thanks! I've seen people goes from AIP to DM took them 1 week to 3 months. With this covid thing I'm ready for another 3 months but who knows. I'll keep you guys updated

I got my AIP in March 06th and still waiting. No more interviews. I've seen people in QC receiving CoPR by email and were asked to send photo and copy of the CoPR by mail to the Montreal office so they get their PR Card.

July 2019 applicant here.
AOR early august
CSQ received early February.
Applied for spouse OWP mid February (current status expires Oct 2020)
OWP application is still not appearing in ECAS. Worried because OWP processing time is supposed to be 4-5months, and we haven’t received anything after 3 month
Still no request for medicals.
Anyone on a similar timeframe in the same situation?
alternatively, what is the latest known application sent date for people going through medicals right now? Are any medical requests even being sent out at the moment?
