Are we covered by the CNESST when working on an OWP? I haven't yet received CSQ if that changes anything...I have private insurance but I doubt that would cover an injury acquired at work?
My employer is not sure if the CNESST covers me but I work in a bit of a higher risk occupation for injury so want to make sure I'm covered one way or another. TIA

I am working with my OWP, and I am covered by the CNESST. As soon as you go on the pay check, you are covered for any injury which happen on the work site. there are few exceptions listed on the link. please read carefully.
Hi All , my app received at 25 January!
And I passed my eligibility last week !
And still on Back ground check !
No medical request or ....!
I’m so mixed up & my time line have only 25 days !
Anyone have experience in this situation?
I hope so. I originally applied in mid January. Was sent back but got AOR 3rd April. I'm praying something happens soon, for me and the rest of us waiting for progress.
We are Jan 24th applicant. We provided CSQ upfront. we received an additional proof of cohab request in May, submitted in June. Since then there is no update. Like its always in background check.
