You should expect a delay in the time processing. They will check for more informations on your application, maybe request additional docs, maybe an interview... i hope you hear from them soon.

That office seems really busy and I've seen a lot of people wait several weeks (over a month for sure) to get an interview date there. You have everything else (SA, DM, etc) so you don't have to worry. This is just one last waiting period before you have your PR.
Hello everyone
Anyone else from February inland received any good news?
Feb 02 Applicant. Nothing yet

I have my tickets booked to travel to Middle East in mid January 2019 and I have to get my passport stamped from Ottawa to travel... the processing time is 8 business days...
It’s so uncertain ... what if I get my landing interview during those days...
Any comments? If I should send it passport in this week as it’s gonna take a month for Etobicoke office to get back to me ...

Obviously your PR and landing interview should take precedence over any travel plans you might have. You have to wait for their instructions.
If you land before your trip but you still don't have your PR card when you go, keep in mind that you'll have to get a PRTD while abroad in order to be able to board a plane back to Canada.

I have a valid TRV until July 2019...
Do I have to submit my passport to the Etobicoke office?

If you land and become a permanent resident, your TRV doesn't really do anything for you anymore. You will be required to bring your passport and any proof of current status (work permit, TRV, etc) with you to the landing interview and then those get cancelled when you become a PR.
If you only needed an ETA, then there would be a possibility that it won't have been cancelled by the time you travel back (as they don't seem to cancel those immediately, rather they seem to do it in waves every few months).
You will need to bring your passport with you to the landing interview (inland applicants don't send their passports, only outland).
EDIT: If you absolutely must travel, start looking into how long it takes to get a PRTD in the country you're traveling to.

Replying again to add that you can enter without a PR card or a PRTD if you enter Canada through a land border. This would mean going to the US first (provided you have a US visa if you need one) and then crossing into Canada at a land border in a private vehicle. If you're flying into Canada, you need a PR card or a PRTD to board the plane.

Thank you for the information! I had no idea about this...
So, after I leave Canada... Can I apply for PRTD from the country where I’ll be a visitor?

Yes. You can't apply for it from Canada. It has to be from abroad.
Follow the link where it tells you how to do it and then look into how long it takes to get one in whatever country you're traveling to, so you can see if you'll have enough time to get it (depending on how long they process and how long you're staying there).
