My views about whatsapp, we all got connected via this platform by reading other people's timelines, issues, suggestions, advice etc. If we all move to whatsapp, how do we encourage newbies with our experience and timelines? Like I said that's my thoughts

No I used the online web form to eve send them. I received an email a week later saying they were received and will be sent to the appropriate visa office.
