Today I received email from IRCC requesting additional documents. they need Option C printout for my spouse. I need some help on submitting the documents online. They gave me this link : https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-...se-cas-eng.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1

My question is: From dropdown(Type of application/enquiry) what category do I choose?

I would say select Sponsorship, then the sub-category with Parents/Grand-Parents.

CIC said the same but ecas still not working. Did it work for you

Hi, I also received that request today, I have sent mu husband's option C via fax, the instruction to send it is in the lette whether mail or fax only.. were you able to send it?

I sent it via online tool and also via mail.

are you sure they ask for NOA not Option C print? note that they are two different documents. Who is the officer that signed the letter? Is it Officer ZKA?

Hi I got the same request in the email today, I sent it via fax, my visa officer is ZKA, did they respond to you yet if they approved you as sponsor already? The application packge wz received May 4th, so mine actually took longer for them to open and review than most of the people here..

ZKA is my officer too, He asked me to submit the additional documents. I sent it through courier and submitted online as well. I haven't heard from them. However, i received a sponsorship eligibility approval in email.

My mom is here under supervisa so I used an address in Canada however my Dad is still in the Philippines but he will be here soon too under supervisa..
