I have a question: my wife took a maternity leave in 2014 and we should include her maternity EI income to sponsor my parents. I know that the maternity EI should count as a special benefit and should be included in the total income, but my question is how do IRCC know if this EI income is a maternity EI not a regular EI? As for the application, I just provide our SIN numbers, and IRCC will check our income based on these.
When using my wife's SIN, I accessed into her CRA account and checked her income record in 2014, in the Option C, it only shows that my wife has an EI income but not specified which kind of EI it is, there is no any record for her 2014 T4E either. So in this case, how do IRCC know this EI income is a special benefit other than regular benefit?
I am worried that IRCC make a mis-judgement and reject our case.
another silly /basic question... Photographs.. do we need to send photo of Principal applicant (my father) only or dependent (my mother)also. got confused as checklist say Principal Applicant photos.

in financial evaluation form IMM 5768, we are asked to provide employment history.. i am working at one company for 5 years, should there be one entry or 5 entries for each year ( confused as it asks gross income for that period and family size)

Hello Sr Members, need you guidance... i am in process of filling the forms for my parents. Under additional information, there is section for places they stayed in last 10 years... they being travelling mostly between INdia and USA. do we need to write all entries or only ones which are more than six months out of India.
I appreciate the seniors and those who have been answering our questions here.
I am in the process of filling the PGP application to sponsor my dad and I have a question.
My dad is presently not in the country and I am filling out this application on his behalf, I.e the sponsor and primary applicant page.
His passport photo is required for this application, how do I go about this when he is not physically present in Canada.I tried printing out a digital photo of him here that was taken back home but CIC requires the stamp of the photo company with date and name at the back of the photo.
Anybody has experience with this? Seniors please help
You need his recent photograph not older than 6 months. Ask him to get it done and send it to you through any courier service. Unfortunately, alteration and print it by yourself is not allowed. Photo should have following detail at the back, stamped or written by photographer by hand.
1.The name and date of birth of the subject, as well as the name and complete address of the photography studio
2. The date the photograph was taken
one more question... my birth certificate is in punjabi and i have notorized translated copy from India with me... would that be good... or need to get translated here and notorized locally. Thanks
