Hello Friends, Hope all are doing well.

Just received the confirmation email for Invitation to apply for my parents PR.
Wanted to start the conversations around it to get some tips before I start making the package.

did you create an online CRA account yet? You will need to print out your incomes (option C for 2014 2015 2016) you can call and request NOA for those years, but it takes weeks to arrive to you. Is there a cosigner for your applications?

I personally know 6 such people, they are all recent immigrants who are not aware of the 3 years income requirements and submitted the expression of interest and then got selected. I have personally told all of them not to submit an application since they are not eligible and will be rejected but not sure if they are still go ahead.

we should prepare a database for such cases !

Yes I have a CRA account.

I have all 3 NOAs but I am planning to five IRCC the access to my CRA account so I dont need to provide my NOAs and fill the form for it.
No Co-signer, just me. Keeping it simple and slim to avoid mistakes and paperwork.

I just got selected. But i am not sure the number i wrote down when applying is the confirmation number. Can anyone of you tell me how the confirmation number looks like so i verify mine? I tried the help center phone line but after 1/2 hour waiting they hang up on me. :'(

Congrats to those selected!! Wondering how much is the processing time after the applications are submitted for the PGP? Is it 1 year 2 years or even more?

I GOT SELECTED. THANK GOD!! BUT ONLY PROBLEM I SEE THAT THEY ASK FOR "CONFORMATION NUMBER" THAT I DON'T HAVE . i THINK I DELETED THAT EMAIL BY MOSTAKE OPR IT MIGHT BE IN THE SPAM. sO HOW CAN I RECOVER THAT CONFIRMATION NUMBER.??

I got invitation for sponsoring my parents but I have question on my minimum necessary income. I came to Canada only in 2014 July, so my employment income for 2014 is $44174.
will I be eligible ?

You are not eligible to apply. Wasted a spot.

I dont understand why people dont check the requirements before apply
