On 15 March 2018, I have received RPRF payment request letter from NDVO and have been given 30 days to pay.

My question is --- What all checks may have been completed at the time of RPRF request and after I pay my RPRF, how many days may NDVO take to issue PPR.?

This usually means that the file is ready for the final officer review. This also is an important indication that the eligibility has no major concerns left but not always. Time to PPR after rprf is usually 15-30 days if everything else is ok.
You would have had this rprf request with original deadline of payment being 15 April as per current trends.

You can expect ppr in the second wave of issues in April or as per my prediction the last week of April (or before that if things move differently).
