Did you order GCMS notes.. the transfer of file in October suggests that there file first went to Ottawa processing and ottawa has sent this to NDVO. This also indicates that there might be a review on something. only GCMS can reveal this.

It's a speculation ... could be untrue.

Even if it was a review, the results are out and file being alive means that it's not severe and file should be waiting for final officer review.

Many June aor are still stuck ... My best guess is that it is a lot with one visa officer's team who has not started his work on PR files. It's very difficult to predict for the stuck June and July aor. But I still have faith that these will be cleared by 31 Jan. I hope and pray for you all.

GCMS shows everything is fine and Ottawa officer has given positive signs in all departments and sent the file to Delhi for review. I hope as you said we should get PPR by 31st Jan , Thanks

Only work load redistribution or distribution is the reason.
