Can anybody help from their experience as to how much time it will take for submission of passports at VFS Mumbai? An hour - two?
Accordingly I can book my train tickets.

Unusual silence at NDVO! Looks like they are preparing for another salvo probably this week. Excepted IP2 changes for September and October PNPs alongwith PPRs for September leftover PNPs. FSW PPRs will follow the suit.

How to get to know the processing center/ visa office where the file is being processed? It's about 2 weeks I'm at IP2 now; as per your experience, should I order GCMS notes? or wait for a little longer as my AOR is 12 Dec.

IP2 - Between 22-26 December (I'm not sure about the exact date of IP2, as it is between these 5 days I saw the following two messages: 1. No additional documents required. 2) the IP2 background check message)
I am not sure, but the current status is Application status :We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you. Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Review of medical results :You passed the medical exam Review of additional documents :The additional documents you provided are being reviewed —- then changed it to being uploaded Interview :You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes. Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes. Background check: Not Applicable
Final decision :Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
