Now that they are issuing PPR to the first batch out of the June applicants, hopefully the same Visa officer gets some of their precious and hard found free time available for the other batch.

Strange thing happened yesterday. Logged into my account and was delighted to see "Updated" inplace of the usual "submitted", but no update inside. Still the same dreaded NA staring.

I was referring to why files got stuck... And for me... As you said... Visa rejection is not the reason for files going by local office... Albeit I do have travel visa rejection in past... But so do Indians in India who's files go to Ottawa...
