I submitted 3 applications (mine,wife and daughter) altogether to renew our PR cards for my family.
The package came back after 2 months saying payment missing.
I have clearly clipped the online payment receipt (Orig) with a payment of CAD 150 (50x3). They have returned all the applications by saying CAD 50 missing for each application. on the other hand, they have also returned the online payment receipt of 150. did the officer not look the entire package. looks like he did not flip the papers at all to find this payment paper inside? very strange!
what should I do? Do I have to fill the same forms again and take new Pics? I was thinking sending the same payment receipt again and asking them you did not look at this payment at first place?
Did any one of you had same no. of applications (more than 1) and did you pay? combined CAD 100 or split 50 each (2 payment receipts) and attached to each application?

It means they actually opened your application. Not necessarily meaning everything is in order. Just monitor your ecas status when it becomes available. Usually within a week from AOR email.
I believe I clipped the receipt on top of the application, so it would be the first thing they would see.
Maybe you should give them a call before you start a new application. I would sent the package again but put the payment receipt on top and not in bewteen the papers.
Dear All, I landed on 8th 2016 June and completed all formalaties m I received letter via email that you pic is not as per spec for PR Card, send it at given address. Thé letter was addressed to me n nothing mentioned about my spouse n children. should I assume that only my PR Card is pending ör my rest of my family members.
