I had a similar issue, finally I got access by writing my two surnames in the "Surname/Family Name:" box.

I did that, I wrote only the first one, I even wrote them in all caps, just to see if it worked, but nope. I guess I'll just have to wait. Thank you all for the suggestions
More than making my ecas work, I would like to reduce the long time they are taking to send the MR to everyone.

I'm also an applicant being processed by Mexico City VO. It seems like they're taking their sweet time over there with our apps, averaging around 3 months from PER to MR. Oh well...

An update on our timeline: yesterday, Feb 24th, MCVO received our PGR PCC, RPRF receipt and a copy of medical records. Will let you know as soon as we receive PPR, so everyone knows what to expect.
