well as the title itself explains "arranged employment category" , yes you need an employment letter from your employer which explains that he is giving you a permanent full time job on the basis of the valid LMO you currently have. Basically, its just a kind of permanent job letter which an employer gives to his employee on the basis of the LMO they have. So if you already have LMO, closed work permit, IELTS is done, YOu just need a letter from your employer which describe your permanent job offer.

can somebody help i contacted cic after my ecas status changed to decision made on 5th thursday regarding the same and they said they email me the letter concerning the decision on 3rd june but i havent got any email from them and now i am worried what would be their decision be and they usually send copr by post than why email to me . plz can sombody ans.
I'm thinking of attaching the tracking details of my documents along with a letter explaining that I sent it. I also sent them an email with scanned originals so maybe I could attach the email receipt confirmation I got from them.
And contact them again to confirm if they emailed or just mailed it out.

My boyfriend has just been offered a position with a company and they've said they'll handle all paperwork for FSW. WEre you approved and able to move to and work in Canada within 6 weeks of applying?
I was already in Canada on a postgraduate work permit working for the same employer. So, I didn't really face a similar situation.
They will need to do his LMO paperwork first, which in my case took about 2-3 months. He can come here on a closed work permit after he gets LMO and then apply for PR.
Please make sure the company exists and is legit. Consultants have been known to dupe people.

A friend told me to also copy the page on the passport which has the Indian PCC stamp. I haven't checked my passport yet for it. If it's there, I'm going to attach it too. The more (proof) the merrier.
