Could anybody help me ---- i Have heard of 2014 Federal Skilled Worker Programme .
I am working as software engineer basically in telecom domain , almost 3+ year experience. Please help me how to apply for this.
Somebody told me that this programme already crossed the deadlines.

It hasn't crossed any deadlines however you'll need to be very quick to apply if your occupation is one of the IT occupations.
