As per their old requirements the PCC should be issued not more than 6 months when it reaches them.

You get PCC certificate in India from Passport office or Passport kendra. It depends where your country issues PCC.

WES offers many types of evaluation (two of them are - Course-by-Course (with GPA & course-levels) and
Document-by-Document Evaluation) . which one is applicable for FSW ?? which one we shud choose for FSW? ?

and WES says it takes 7 days (after receipt) for evaluation , is it true?? which evaluation agency is faster(ICAS or WES)?
Kindly reply asap.

I am an international student in Canada doing Master in Global management. I have done BCA and MCA from India and have got 2 years of work experience as a Java Programmer with HCL Infosystems LTD India, 18 months work experience as a Programmer with Accenture London U.K (Although my job responsibilities were as of Software Tester) and 9 months experience with Syrup Technologies India.

Can I as an International student in Canada be eligible to apply under FSW this year? I am surely eligible to apply under FSW but my point is as an international student in Canada.

How long It will take to have education credential evaluation and What will be the chances of cap to filled by that time?


I am finishing my studies next year January. Shall I wait till next year and wait for new immigration system Canada is coming up with? What will be my chances under new immigration system to be eligible for PR by looking into my profile?

You can definitely apply for this. Hence, it only takes 10 business days for WES to do credential/education evaluation.

There is another one for FSWP.
It takes 7 days + transferring documents time (send/ receive)
I think it is faster than ICAS, however, I read many times that somebodies received their reports with some mistakes such as name, birth date ... etc

Dear Seniors. I have send my application without birth certificates of myself my wife and my son. Even without marriage certificate. Now today I got new about reopening of fsw 2014. And today I got marriage certificate and birth certificates also.
Plz advice should I request courier to not deliver my application and get back and apply with all documents in fsw 2014. Also want to change noc from 2243 to electronics engg. Plz advice so that I can take right decision urgently.

Hello guys,

I have a doubt regaridng FSW2014. We have two recent news regaring Express entry and FSW2014.

My concern is whether both of them are separate program or same? If same, what is the max cap for FSW2014 in each category?

Also please guide me about the fund required. We are a couple planning to apply for FSW. what are the criteria for fund required?
