Thanxs another immigrants and aresham .i sponsered my parents in june 2011, filr transfer in oct 2016,medical requestin oct 2016 . Medical done on nov 7 . Showed Decision made on account on feb 7 and passport request feb 7 . Passport sent on feb 13 ,2017 and came pack on feb 15.

I got mail for sending PCC and FBI clearance.I have sent FBI clearance,PCC i had sent with documents and i have never visited India after that.I have written them to accept that document. Will they accept or do I start process with consulate for new PCC,which will take time. Any suggestions.How much wait after PCC for passports?

Most people here are in the medical exam stage or even latter. GOOD!
I have a question bcz I hv problem. My MP told me today my file had been referred for further review early February. Anybody knows what it means?just ircc's spot check, or they think my case has problem and I may get rejected? Really want to know... And how long it will take? Another 10 months?

I went through further review as well.
Don't do anything just wait, It took my file one year in the further review process.
Just be patient don't put any MP inquiry any more.

If you are still waiting to be approved as a sponsor then it basically means they are getting your LICO verified. However if you know you meet the minimum income requirement then other than delay your processing, everything should be fine.

Sometimes people have got married or had a child and because of these changes they get referred for secondary review.

Nothing to worry about as long as you meet LICO for your family size.
Just sit tight but it can be frustrating because it can often take a number of months.

My in-laws have just received passport request from Delhi.
They had applied in July 2011.

They did medicals in Oct so a little over 4 months between medicals being done and receiving passport request.

I got pending review mar 2016, then I added cosigner & reported new baby in May 2016, end jun cic told me my case to be secondary review. And yesterday MP said my case referred to further review. I know some people get pending review, or secondary review. But never heard anybody got further review? Before you got further review, did you also get pending or secondary review? Another one year is rearly long

HI soonihope, yes I added cosigner and reported new baby, cic already gave me pending review mar 2016' and secondary review Jun 2016, how come they gAve me further review again about 2 weeks ago? I have been waiting one year, and now have to suffer another one year? My income meet lico every year. Drive me crazy
