alb07,,,,,,exactly same queries in my mind...mine also got changed to D.M 3 days before....have u joined any litigation group or not??some people says it is a gud sign and few says before medical request DM is bad sign.
Logically before asking update docs they cant convert our status to D.M.
I am in process to get latest CAIPS notes as my status recently shows "Decision Made" in order to check the actual reason i.e. positive or negative, so members please share if they recently applied and got any detail about it.

i also joined David Cohen group(case persuing by Bellissimo)in early sep 2012.
I got my caips in nov 2012,as per caips except age everything was figured as O, my next BF'D to PPS was 15-11-2012.
Dont know what they did on 15-11-2012.
As i read from several forums CAIPS points and seldec/psdec were to be entered manually until 30th of november..Dont know what they did to my file on 15th of november so that in December,24 my status turned to DM.

Yes jevan, this is the point the status changed on or just after November 30, 2012 therefore, we may not actually know what is in it "Approved" or "Rejected" or any thing else. Also why now they change (after eight years of waiting) and why not they wait till Jan 16, 2013 hearing was over and got clear results for all of us. Are they confident ? or they just do their normal (abnormal) working on our files to creat further mess in court and mislead with wrong figures.

hey jevan. I didn't join any litigation as I'm waiting my faith. I think since not all applications will be returned they must make decisions concerning applications that would be processed further and here is the query is it a good or a bad sign that decisions have been made about our applications. No thing to do just to wait our written letters after new year to know our faiths.

i called my lawyer today wondering about the update he sent in december and asked if any thing new about january
he told me immigration canada is announcing an new program early spring that suppose to finalize all old applicants
so we got to wait longer !!!!!!but could be any time soon dono dono dono
