if I am on my 2 years spouse conditional PR,
but I want to get divorced before 2 years,
can I still stay in Canada? or I have to leave after divorce?
Unless the divorce is due to being abused by your spouse, then CIC may decide to revoke your PR. It is up to CIC. If they revoke your PR and if you can't stay in Canada with some other legal status, then you would need to leave.
