2 times visa rejection

I got 6.5 overall band in ielts with individual band listening-7.5 and
R-6 w-6 s-6.
I done b.e in electrical enng. Wirh 7.34 cgpa. And 13 backlogs.
I got addmission in 2 year course of eletromechanical engg. In advanced diploma in cenntenial
College.
I got 2 time rejection in student visa. One under spp and one under non-spp.
The reason in 2 rejection is same.
Reason:-your proppsed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more:your qualification,
Previou studies,employment,level of establishment,language abilities,or future prospects and plans.


Please, suggest me what can i do now?

u are already graduate and applying for diploma
try tu apply for pg diploma or masters
