2 questions related to Spouse accompanying change in Express entry profile

I'm curious to know below two answers so that I can change my profile and make it ready by October 17th (next draw)

I'm married and have a 2yr old baby
Already created EE profile with spouse accompanying on July 2017
Now I came to know that with Spouse non-accompanying I'm getting more CRS points.

1) If I create EE profile as non-accompanying, after getting PR can I apply for Spouse sponsorship in Canada??
2) If YES for above point, how to edit current profile,
can I make this change in my current profile itself OR can I delete my current profile and create a new profile for non-accompanying?

when you apply for PR in Canada either through Express Entry or other streams ensure you declare your correct marital status and declare all accompanying and non-accompanying family members.

Canadian PR living inside Canada are eligible to sponsor their family members (spouse, parents, grandparents and dependent child known to IRCC).
