2 Qs about IM008 Generic form

Hey so I am at the last stages of getting my residency forms together.
I am double checking all my documents and so far I have 2 Questions left for IM008 the Generic Application form:

In Question 4. Immigration office requested for processing
I am living in Ontario and applying inland via the Vegreville office. Do I put Vegreville, AB or is this question for people applying outland in which it would be another country. And since I am not outland should I put N/A?

Otherwise
Question 7. Have you received your CSQ?
Again since I am living in ontario, no plans for Quebec - do I put N/A for this since I don't need a CSQ?

Yes, correct for #4.

Once you put a province other than Quebec in answer to the previous line, all of 7a,b, and c are shaded out and you do not answer them.

You are filling this out on computer right? It's required for the form to "Validate".
