18th draw. a big question to ask.

The only thing i noticed after signing in was the the status of my EE profile read "Updated" but actually there wasn't anything new!

I also noticed the same thing happened with my EE profile but there wasn't anything new.

Did other members also saw the similar thing happening with there EE profile who got a ghost email last night ?

Guys, I am at 447 but however, I am applying thro' an immigration consultant and it's the latter's email that has been provided to CIC..so don't really know whether an email was also sent to me .

An email alert sent to your registered mail id which has no discernible consequences on your EE profile is termed as ghost mail. They've been around since Feb, no one know why they are triggered and there has been considerable speculation about them being the harbingers of an ITA but no such linkup has been satisfactorily established yet. There have been instances of sub-400 applicants receiving a ghost mail. Most probably, they are triggered by some background database refresh activity which has nothing to do with ITAs.

Yes i experienced the same thing in my CIC account on 26/9.......Guys i need your help with this:
The OOPNP Nominee form asks for Expiration Date of Current Citizenship and Immigration Canada Document.....what is it??.........I have written N/A in the blank which asks for UCI Code...but this date column doesnt let u move to next page untill u select some date.....Plz help......Furthermore there is column which asks for Current Occupation...wat should i write there since i have already left my job last year.....?

You can print your form and then write N/A by hand in places where you couldnt type.

Now that the score has dropped to 450 despite of all the odds, what u guys think the 18th draw will look like ? All the pnp and lmia are given ita in this 17 th draw so I am very much evident that the 18th draw will drop between 445 to 450. Any concerted guesses ?

I'd guess around 457 if it's this Friday, 465 if it's next Friday.

Thanks mf4361.. I have a work experience of 6 yrs and have scored max points for it...
I am doing PGDBA which I suppose doesnt hold much weightage... not a master degree...
And have turned 30 in August 2015 so lost 5 points in dat as well..
Planning to learn French now and see if I can score sum points thr...

PGDBA will get you a lot more points than you think and much closer to last cutoff. I have seen "PGDBM" being evaluated as masters.
