Can we plan 14-day quarantine at siblings place rather than hotel as a International Student?

When are you travelling? If after 9th August, the you don't need hotel quarantine. You can stay at your family's place as long as you can show proof that you will have your own room and bathroom.

You need more than your own room and bathroom. You need to be in a place where you won’t be able to spread covid. Delta is so contagious so if your bedroom is next to all the other bedrooms in the home everytime you open your door to get food the aerosolized virus goes into the hallway.
