How do I fill my quarantine plan on arriveCan

My flight will land in Montreal and my final destination is Vancouver on 12 Aug
1) I have a 3 day hotel (12-15 August) in Vancouver from before hotel requirement was removed, and I would like to still stay there
2) I also have a student housing from 12 August available, and will go directly here if border officer doesnt accept hotel plan
3) I would like to stay in hotel 3 days and then continue to my resedence housing for rest of quarantine

My question is how do I fill my quarantine plan? I dont think I can add this in hotel information as this hotel is not in my port of entry.

I just completed my arriveCAN. There's no place to write/upload an elaborate explanation or plan. The quarantine plan is just a bunch of questions they ask you to ascertain if you have a suitable place to quarantine. Just select hotel and give the entire period of your 14 days as duration.

But have all the required docs and info ready at the check-in/border.

Yes, but you have to inform them (I think you'll need to call PHAC). People have had to move out to a new place during quarantine.
