Knowing CIC's proclivity for delaying draw dates to keep the cutoff higher and given that July has 5 Fridays, I would expect the earliest draw to happen on 17th or 24th probably followed by a 2nd draw on 24th or 31st if they so wish.

If it happens on the 10th, cutoff will be 450-455
If 17th - 455-460
If 24th - 460-470
The later it happens, the higher the cutoff as more people join and more people get the opportunity to raise their scores. It also depends on the number of people they choose. This assume they choose approximately the same number of people (~1000-1500)
In the spirit of the thread and fully conscious that I will be proved wrong on both dates and cutoff, I would guess the cutoff to be 460+ for the first draw in July if it happens by 17th and pulling out close to 1000 people.

I am at 444. But to be real honest, I do not see it being anywhere near 444 lol. I think if it happens tomorrow, it will be 453 or so, going up to 460+ the following Friday.
