Hello guys my experience will be completed on 30 May but I received ita in April 29 . Because system already give me one year experience points. What should I do decline ita or accept ita?
When you completed 52weeks work experience then you submit your application.

As some are saying that cic will refuse my file because at the time of ita I should have 12 months experience. If I accept ita ..does it will effect my file?

When you submit your application, you should promise your work experience matches.

Means I can accept ita . If I will submit my application after my 52 weeks. I would be safe for my file. Do you anyone who was in same situation as me and got PR?

Don't worry bro,my RCIC has many cases successfully.
Hi, I'm in the same situation. 3 days short of CEC. Should I wait 2 weeks until next draw?
Im having Canadian experience of 1 year and 11 months and that's why I'm putting 1 year experience in CRS Calculator and getting one score. But when I'm putting my start date in express entry profile it's calculating score similar as 2 years. Is it fine?

I had tweeted to IRCC and got an official response from them. Ypu can keep the ITA but only submit after completion of 1 year.
My case is exactly as yours with a difference of a week.
Im also at the same line. Could you please suggest, what do you mean by "Ypu can keep the ITA but only submit after completion of 1 year."?

It means when you submit your application you should make sure you complete 1 year work experience.
Anyone got refused because of creating EE profile before 1 year ? I know that they accept if you're already in the pool as FSW and then got ITA from CEC as experience reach 11months or 12 months. What if I create EE profile before having 1 year and then get ITA and then submit after 1 year ?
