I am at the stage to send send my application to visa office buffalo.When I applied to CIC sydney, I mentioned "high proficiency in English", I just got my IELTS score and band is MODERATE. With Moderate score still my ponits will be 68.So now problem is what should i need to mentioned in form to submit to buffalo, should i mentioned high proficiency in english as applied to CIC sydney or should i mentioned moderate.i have 10 days left to submit my document.Still in dilemma .

could you advice what to do guys.

Just mention moderate as you are still getting 67 points so it wont be a problem.
